We welcome transfer students for the 6-hour behind-the-wheel sessions as part of driver’s education courses. We proudly offer female, Spanish-speaking, and Farsi-speaking instructors to meet diverse learning needs.
Sam’s Driving School is a women-owned business led by Sam, who holds a degree in psychology. Her formal education is particularly beneficial for students who are new to driving and may feel nervous.
All first time drivers must complete a mandatory 36-Hour Driver Education Program in order to get a driver's license in Maryland.(Teenagers & Adults)
For 2-week Zoom Driver Education course (Monday through Friday), attendance on the first day of class is mandatory and all students must join.
Students may miss up to 4 classes during the course and make them up in a future course (the next course or a following course) at no additional charge.
